2. Data and purposes
For entrants we process identity and contact details, professional profile, declarations, portfolio, entry history, and technical security signals. We use them to administer the competition and perform the accepted rules, for legitimate interests in security, moderation, and fraud prevention, and where applicable to comply with legal obligations. Marketing is separate, optional, and based only on consent.
3. Public data and voters
After approval, only the profile fields identified in the form and the portfolio are published. For voters, email is encrypted only as long as necessary for delivery and verification and is then removed; a protected hash is retained to enforce one vote per person. IP/network and user-agent hashes and other risk signals may be used and are never displayed publicly.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be accessed by contracted hosting, email, and security providers and by authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data. Any international transfer is made only with safeguards required by law.
5. Retention and decisions
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the competition, dispute handling, security, and legal duties and is then deleted or anonymized. Fraud signals flag cases for human review and do not by themselves produce a solely automated final decision. Required fields are necessary to participate; all other fields are optional.
6. Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability and may object to processing. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
