You receive the commercial and technical details for your position. The public profile is prepared separately and requires approval.
Directory content
Logo, RO/EN description, country, category, website and up to 3–5 products or collections. Only approved material is published.
Build-up and access
22 January is the build-up day. Load-in times, credentials, power, internet and construction rules will be confirmed in the technical guide.
During the Expo
23–24 January: the stand must be operated throughout public opening hours. Activations and demonstrations are coordinated in advance.
Lead capture and GDPR
Badge scanning must be explained to the visitor. Data may be used only for the disclosed purpose and under the applicable agreement.

Do prices include VAT?+
No. The current commercial model is €120/sqm excluding VAT. Your offer will show the taxes applicable to your company.
Does an inquiry reserve the position?+
No. FLOWERX checks availability and technical conditions before reservation.
What is included in the stand fee?+
The public page states commercial floor area. Services, furniture, power and technical items are confirmed in the individual offer.
When will the company appear online?+
Only after contract and explicit approval of the public profile.
Can I run a demonstration?+
Yes, when the format and technical requirements are approved and integrated into the operational programme.
Will I receive the attendee list?+
Not automatically. Visitor data may be shared only with an appropriate lawful basis and GDPR notice.
