The Preston Bailey Masterclass takes place on 22 and 23 January 2027 at ROMEXPO, Pavilion C2, Bucharest. Access on 22 January is dedicated to the Masterclass. On 23 January, Masterclass day two runs alongside the first public day of FLOWERX Expo.

Access to both Masterclass days, 22–23 January, plus full access to FLOWERX Expo on 23–24 January. Each ticket is named. Dinner with Preston Bailey is a separate experience and is not included.

Your Masterclass ticket covers both experiences. The Masterclass remains the day’s primary programme, while Expo access lets you explore stands and public moments during available intervals. The published schedule will show the transitions clearly before the event.

It is a two-day educational experience built around premium design, client relationships, perceived value, pricing, teams and large-scale execution. The precise format of each segment — presentation, analysis, conversation or demonstration — will appear in the final agenda. We do not promise a hands-on format until it is contractually confirmed.

Florists, floral designers, wedding planners, event designers, creative entrepreneurs and professionals who want to build premium services, not merely beautiful projects. The content starts in the events industry, but its decisions about clients, positioning, teams and profit apply to any creative business.

The editorial directions are already presented on the Masterclass page. Times, segment order, breaks and access details will be published separately after production validation. We do not treat the Sydney agenda as a contractual promise for Bucharest.

The working language and any interpretation solution will be confirmed in the operational agenda. Do not purchase on the assumption that simultaneous interpretation is included; the final information will be stated explicitly on the website and in participant communications.

Total capacity is 80 places: 20 Super Early Bird, 30 Early Bird and 30 Standard. Participation is identical in every phase; only the price changes. The next phase opens after the current allocation sells out.

No. Prices communicated in EUR exclude VAT. Before payment, checkout separates the net price, applicable VAT and the exact final total charged in RON. Romanian VAT applies to admission to this in-person event in Romania, including purchases by EU companies; a valid VIES number does not remove VAT from event admission.

Yes. Checkout supports individual and company billing. The invoice is issued after payment confirmation and becomes available with the order documents. Companies should enter their exact legal name and tax identifier.

Yes. The buyer may differ from the participant. Every place must be assigned to one person, with name and email, so the named ticket and QR code can be issued. Check the details before payment; later corrections require team validation.

The cancellation and refund policy published at the time of purchase applies. A transfer to another participant is not automatic: FLOWERX must confirm it, and issuing a new QR code invalidates the previous one. Read the policy before payment.

No. The ticket covers the access described in the product. Travel, accommodation and meals are excluded unless they appear explicitly in the order summary. Dinner with Preston Bailey is a separate product on 24 January at 20:00, limited to 20 guests; the location is disclosed to confirmed participants.

The ticket does not automatically promise recordings or on-demand access. Materials that can be shared will be communicated to participants after the event. Some segments may remain exclusive to the room.
