Voluntary cancellation
Tickets are non-refundable where the buyer or attendee voluntarily decides not to attend. This rule is displayed before purchase and retained in the order’s legal snapshot. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Name transfer until 15 January
A ticket may be transferred to another person until 15 January 2027, 23:59 Europe/Bucharest. The transfer changes the attendee, not the product or access rights. Once a new QR is issued, the previous code is immediately invalidated.
Cancellation by FLOWERX
If FLOWERX cancels the purchased product in full and does not deliver it, the buyer may receive a full refund of the amount paid for that product. Refunds use the method supported by the payment processor and may require order identity checks.
Rescheduling or material change
For a reschedule or material change we communicate the applicable options individually, including retaining, transferring or refunding the ticket where law or circumstances require. A reasonable adjustment to timetable, speaker, format or running order that does not alter the substance of the product does not automatically create a refund right.
