01Is this an official volunteering application?+
At this stage it is an expression of interest. Contracting can begin only after an eligible host organisation is appointed and the official rules are issued.
02Who can apply?+
People aged 18 or over who can attend training and are available on at least one day between 21 and 24 January 2027.
03Is the activity paid?+
Volunteering is unpaid. Applicable benefits, meals, equipment and reimbursements will be stated transparently in the final rules and contract.
04How long is a shift?+
The final schedule will avoid excessive shifts and include breaks. Exact times will be agreed after selection based on role and availability.
05Can I experience the event?+
We intend volunteers to access experiences outside their shift, subject to capacity and access rules.
06What happens to my data?+
It is used for selection and organisation under restricted access. We do not ask for a national ID number or identity-document copy in the public form.
07Can I request an accessibility adjustment?+
Yes. You can request a confidential conversation without entering diagnoses or medical documents in the form.
08When will I hear back?+
After the first recruitment stage closes, shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a short conversation.
